Why can't I see Attachment button on my cards?

Those new to the Atlassian Community have posted less than three times. Give them a warm welcome!
Cards created earlier today include a button to add Attachments
Cards I create now, do not include this button.
I cleared my All Time cashe, but that did not resolve the issue.

Atlassian Team members are employees working across the company in a wide variety of roles.
The buttons are dynamically shown based on what is already added on the card, but you can always see the full list by clicking the +add button (see image below)
