Why can't I open .docx or .xlsx attachments. I was always able to open them.

I have a new computer and only microsoft .docx and .xlsx documents fail to open.  Other types such as PDF open with no problem.  Ideas?

This has nothing to do with Trello, it's about the software on your new computer.  When you click on a file that is presented as an attachment to a Trello card (or an attachment to anything else like a Jira issue or Confluence page), your browser will look for a program to open the file with.  I would guess that your browser does not know what to open .docx and .xlsx files with.
