I have been trying for 3 days to get into my account, which is a paid account.
The system to retrieve an account after being logged out is crazy. I have been trying to get a passkey, it says in 24 hrs, and when it sends the details to renew, it asks you to log in, I can't because I have forgotten my password.
I am waiting again for info to get into my account. This experience has been detrimental to my business as I use Trello every day.
