Why can’t I log in to Trello?

Error message says I’m trying to hide my email address so it has something to do with Apple’s Hide My Email feature (which I never set up with Atlassian). How do I fix this so I can sign in and not lose all my data in the app?

I’ve been using this app for over 2 years and haven’t had to sign in since I downloaded it.

Hi @Kelli Chodor, Welcome to the Community!

To find the exact email address you are using to log in to Trello with Apple's Hide My Email feature, follow these steps:

1. From the Settings app on your Apple device, go to your Apple Account details
2. Go to iCloud → Hide My Emails
3. Find Trello from the list and copy the email under Hide My Email

You can use that email address to log in to your account again.
