Why are most power-ups unable to be added to my board?

I just created a board on Trello. My organization has the executive version or something, so a paid version. When I go to browse power-ups, most of the power-ups have the "add" button grayed out so I can't click it! Why is this? There are so many cool power-ups and I can access only a handful.

First you want to make sure the board is inside the team that has the paid subscription.  If it is not, you'd see a prompt to upgrade to Business Class.

It could also be that your company has Trello Enterprise and has disabled usage of certain powerups.  You could switch to your personal account though using the account switcher and use them with that account?
