Why are Emails forwarded via rules not creating cards?

I am using Outlook 365 to forward emails to Trello using the Email to Card features. If I manually forward the email I am able to create a card, but if I use any rule to Auto-Forward the emails it will not create a card. 

At first I thought it was that the emails were not being sent, but it turns out that they are being sent...I ran the rule more than a dozen time and have multiple copies of the emails, but the cards do not get generated. 

Is there a setting I need to check or is it possible that the automated emails are missing something and they are being blocked?

Hmm, it might be there's something that's not set up properly in Outlook that's causing the issue, since the emails you're manually sending are successfully making it to Trello.

Unfortunately, I'm not very familiar with forwarding messages automatically from Outlook to Trello, but feel free to send me the steps on how you set that up here or at https://trello.com/contact and we'd be happy to take a closer look!
