I enquire on behalf of a company with an active Trello Premium subscription.
We were previously using the free plan but recently attempted to add a member to one of our boards. This action prompted us to upgrade our workspace, as adding members was restricted under the free plan.
Following the prompt, we attempted to upgrade the workspace via the provided link, but received a message stating there were no eligible workspaces to upgrade. As a result, we proceeded to purchase a Premium subscription directly.
Despite this, we are still unable to add new members to our boards. Could you please clarify why this issue persists, and advise on how we can resolve it?
Any assistance you can provide would be greatly appreciated.

I suggest you contact Trello support directly so they can verify your account is correctly linked and that the plan is activated.
