I have created approximately 15 boards so far, and only one of them is synced around devices and I can work on it. All the rest are stored locally on my iPhone, what can be the problem? When I create a new board in web version of trello, it doesn't appear in trello app on my phone but appears on my iPad. It is as if trello app on my phone doesn't have internet connection but it has. I don't want to delete the app as all data will be lost. How can I fix this problem?
Hi Alex,
It sounds like you may be signed into a separate account on your iPhone than everywhere else.
We're happy to help a little more specifically if you can reach out via https://trello.com/contact, but I can give you the basics here.
On the web, you can go to https://trello.com/me to find your Trello username. On your iPhone, you can tap on the Account tab and look at the top to find that account's username. Then, you can add your primary, web-based Trello user to all of your iPhone Trello boards (as a board admin!) to make sure you retain access to all of those boards. Once your primary account has access to all of that data, you can sign out from the Account tab on the iPhone app, and then sign in again with your primary account. Feel free to reach out at https://trello.com/contact if that gives you any trouble!
