Why Scheduler power-up does not show on my boards?

I have tried unbaling and then enabling it again, did not work. I have scheduled it to send notif 1st day of every month to certain team members and it did not do it. It also does not show on my cards. 

Does anyone have this problem? is this particular power up faulty or is power ups as a whole not working?

Chris here from the Trello Product team.  I'm not totally familiar with that power-up, but wanted to let you know that we recently added the ability to add repeating Due Dates to Trello Cards.

See the section "Due Date Recurring" - once you add a Due Date to a card, you can now add a cadence to it (Monthly in your case), along with a Reminder that can be sent to your teammates.
