When trying to attach a photo to a Trello card the save button does not work Please Help!

When I open a trello card then choose attach photo The photo loads in the Trello card but the option to save it at the top right does not work the only option I have is a top left which is the cancel button. It looks like I’m doing everything right but I obviously somethings wrong please advise.
