When exporting Trello as json file, the "Custom Field" checkbox is exporting as different values,

When viewing exported file, I would expect to see a binary result to a "check box" but I am seeing many different values e.g., .25, .5, 1, 2 5, 30.  Can anyone  please explain why?

@Mario Arias Levinson I'm sure there's some reason for it in the background, but is it the case that whole integers are "checked" and anything with a decimal is "not checked"? Or for example that a value of 0 indicates not checked and anything other than 0 indicates checked?
