When I click upgrade it is trying to charge me for two licenses and I only need one?

I have a workspace and I was trying other upgrade my plan. When I click upgrade it wants to do 2 licenses but I only need one. Can you please let me know why?

This article (How billing works in Trello Standard and Premium) should have you covered, but basically, the billing for Trello accounts for billable seats in your Workspace. Those are pretty much reserved for Workspace members and multi-board guests, so if you have a few boards with the same guest in them, they'll take up a seat as well.
