I tried to upgrade, gave my credit card to your system, but I did not receive an email of the tranaction. I think I may have a 14 day trial. Am I at Standard level or Premium level I think I upgraded twice. I still receive upgrade prompts so it is very confusing. Thanks.

You can check the billing information by following these steps:
Click the Workspaces dropdown option from the top navigation bar
Select the Workspace
In the sidebar, click "Settings"
From the dropdown options, click “Billing”
