I would like to conduct a stand up meeting in Trello with my team meembers. Is that accomplished via an app? Seems like Trello is driven third party apps!!!!
A "stand up" meeting is a meeting intended to be short (and one good trick for persuading your humans to keep it short is to have no seating). In "Agile", the idea of a stand up emphasises the short - each person speaks, uninterrupted, about what they achieved since the last one, what they're doing now/next and if they have anything in the way. Nothing else. No software, no paper, no seats, just a very quick catchup (but, often leading to updates in a tracking tool, and "ok, we need to unblock these things, lets go talk about them more")

I mean in order to meet, we have to be in the same space or can you just announce via Trello notification that we are having a stand up meeting that lasts 2 hours, give them heads up what cards or boards to look for and give their updates?

It depends.
Agile strongly recommends that you should stand up daily, together, in the same space. In the real world, a lot of teams can't, or won't, no matter how dedicated to the idea of Agile they are.
An Agile stand-up meeting should never be 2 hours - this misses the whole point of a stand up. Your Scrum Master/Team Lead/Organiser should be fighting tooth and nail to keep them to less than 15 minutes even for the largest of teams.
The phrase "stand up" comes from the idea that "meetings are shorter when we remove chairs and tables and stand, because people are incentivised by that to keep them short and go back to what they were doing".
