The Power up calendar view on my Premium board changed suddenly on Friday. I was hoping when I logged in this morning it would have reverted. It did not. This new view does not show the info we need. It is hindering my productivity. Is there a way to swtith back to the old view? Need to be able to see the labels and the full job name.
My change just occurred on Friday. Seems reading through the thread this happened exactly a year ago as well. I hope this is some glitch as this view is useless.

So odd. I did read though that. Hoping this time too it reverts.

I wanted to share feedback about the new view. The main issue for me is that I can no longer see each checklist item in a single line across the week. Previously, I could quickly scan and compare all checklist items for the week at a glance. Now, I have to click into individual days and try to remember what was on other days, which significantly slows down my workflow and interrupts productivity.
It would be really helpful to have an option to see each checklist item fully in one line across the week, or a toggle to switch between the old and new view.
Thank you for considering this. If there is a formal way of requesting this, please let me know

Its so frustrating when they change something that works. My use is very simple, I want continuous scroll between months. I want to be able to see the first week of a month not the whole screen jump to the next month, so now I can't drag cards from one month to the next. My work is week by week not month by month so now there is no continuous scroll view I'm going to have to consider using something else.
A rare opinion, I would also like cards to strikethrough when completed, the calendar view no longer is easy to see what I have completed now the strikethrough doesn't happen.

Totally agree with both your points. I was working in a similar manner. This really has made this tool somewhat useless for me. Not sure what to do next.

Please refer to this statement below from the Trello team:
In the past couple of years, a lot of Trello was rewritten to make it more efficient to maintain and make improvements. A lot of effort goes into each part of the rewrite, so we decided only to rewrite the Calendar View and not the Power-Up, with the goal of eventually consolidating the code for efficiency, and that's what's happening now. We've been monitoring the feedback and have already addressed some of the top complaints — for example, quick edit has been reinstated, and it's possible again to drag checklist items on the calendar. Most of the top remaining complaints are related to information being truncated — this is due to how the Calendar View is structured, but we're considering options for improving this. It won't be possible to address every complaint, but the goal is to cover all of the major ones and to eventually bring these improvements to the Calendar View as well.

Thanks for the reply. A lot of us creative type folks at agencies who use Trello loved it for how easy and visual it was. We could use the calendar view see who was working on projects and easily manage time and dates by using labels and who was working on what and how many project were due that date. This current view, allows for none of that. In fact now it is necessary to open each card to see this info. I realize efficiency is different for us that other users but that is why we loved Trello. Easy and visual.

Thanks, Mike. Where do we formally offer constructive suggestions?
For us the Calendar Power Up was always a better interface/design. We literally never used the Calendar View because it was inferior. So we would like to formal request features to make it useful like it used to be.

I'm also struggling with the new changes.
Dragging cards is very glitchy for me despite Trello saying this has been fixed.
I also miss the way I could see how many cards were on each day and how the cards were grouped into lists clearly. The tags are hard to decipher on a quick view.

I too really miss seeing how many cards were on any given day. That was quite useful. And the tags were key.
