What happened to the Activities fields?

I used to be able to add info in the Activities fields and it time stamped the info, too. Now the only thing that allows me to add anything is a checklist.

Activity you can't add info to; that's just what happened to a card: who created or moved it, commented etc.

Comments are what users add there. Both are indeed timestamped, so I'm guessing that's what you mean?

Those moved, from below to the side, but if you don't see them, you have to expand them with the text bubble icon in the row below the card.

If not, underneath the card title there's a row where you can add various items, and if yours is not visible (I'm still figuring out if that list is somehow dynamically changing) then there this plus, where for instance, Custom fields are hidden.
