What can I do to see only the notifications the others persons send to me (tag me) ?

One of my colleague has a problem with notifications. she receives notification about everything happening on a board she is a member even though we don't tag her. 

She is not the admin. 

I am the admin and I can see only the notification when others colleagues tag me. Same for my others colleagues but for her she can see all the changes so finally when we send a notification to her, it's in middle of long notification list and she misses it. 

Any help?
