The lists maintain grey and won't load. The internet connection (in italy that is) is fine. I have no other issues. We have the standard version and the thing is could it be due to the big amount of boards? Can that cause any loading problems? On my app it works fine!

Even if you had a lot of boards, they would still load. They are not loading at all. Are you using a Trello in web browser or the downloaded app. For web browser, clear your cache and start in incognito mode. For the app, reinstall it and try again.
