We are having trouble loading this board

Get an error message with "we are having trouble loading this board".   The site status board shows that everything is "ok" Is it better to move to another product that has support or is this just a risk I have to take when using Trello.   I need a tool that is more robust and has support.   Any recommendations.

I have the same problem. I figured that sooner or later I was going to regret managing all my tasks through one of these poorly designed apps. I should’ve made a backup. I’ll go back to the old and reliable Excel list as soon as I recover my task list.
