We are having trouble a accessing Table View. We have a subscription.

When we try to click on the table view it just keeps trying to load. but never moves any further.

Hi @Tracey Iversen  ,Welcome to the community!

I’ve taken a look at your account and see that you’re currently on the Free plan. You previously had a Premium subscription, but that ended on January 26, 2025.

Could you please let me know if you might be using a different account that had the Premium subscription? I checked the account with the username "tmivo." If you’re using another account, please share those details so I can assist you further

 Could you please clarify what type of table view you’re referring to? Are you using any Power-Ups to access this feature?

Just to share some context, the Workspace Table view and Board-level Table view features are only available on our paid plans (Premium and Enterprise). If you can let us know exactly which table view you’re trying to load, it will help us better understand your issue and guide you accordingly.

Thank you. Yes we are using the Table View Power-Up for Trello

 

Can you please let me know which subscription this invoice belongs to
