I would like to move all cards in a specific list back to a "start" list every day at a specific time. Does anyone know of a way to automate this task?
(I tried to post a more descriptive query earlier today - but I don't see it, so maybe I did something wrong. So I am trying again.)
Any ideas would be appreciated.
Iain, thank you.
Currently, I don't have that functionality included with Butler - but that was the sort of answer I was looking for.

Welcome to the Community!
Can I ask what you mean when you say you don't have that functionality?
If you click on Butler, then 'Calendar' on the left-hand side then:
Click on the little clock and change it to whatever time you want:
Then click the green add button
Then pick the actions. So in this case, I'm selecting 'move cards':
Then pick the list you want the cards to be moved out of:
Then pick the list that you want the cards to be moved into:
Then click the green add button, and you'll have a rule that looks like this:
Then click save!
Hope that's helpful

Esme,
Thanks for your detailed explanation.
The free account I am using does not include this ability - there are no calender functions available in Butler.
Hopefully this explains the situation a little better.

Oh poo! Sorry, I misunderstood!
Could you use a board button? I believe that free accounts can have 1 board button, so if you haven't already used it, you could use it for that.
However, free accounts only have 50 command runs per month, do if you wanted to do this every day, it would take between 28-31 runs out of the 50, which is a pretty big chunk.
Have you got a board button spare for this board? If so, let us know and we can go through how to set it up (if you don't know), but like I said, it could be pretty 'costly' in terms of Butler quota if you're running it every day.

@David Kozina You'll get Calendar functions if you upgrade to Gold. The command runs will still be pretty limited but I think you'll get by with this piece of automation on Gold.
