Visibility of Card Buttons controls

How can I edit the visibility of Card Buttons controls for board members?

Or is it possible for the automation of Card Buttons to appear in the mobile application?

Anyone with access to the board should see the card buttons. You can’t currently decide “only these people should see the buttons”.

Im pretty sure the buttons should be available on mobile.
