Using the Trello DLL with Business Central (formerly Dynamics NAV) in AL Code

Does anyone have any experience using Trello with Microsoft Business Central Extensions? We have a NAV Database that is integrated with Trello via the Trello DLL and the NAV Job Queue. We have upgraded to Microsoft Business Central On Premise. We cannot get the DLL Registered and when we start the integration the Job Queue fails, we believe because the DLL is not registered.
