Hi there,
I am in the process of piloting the implementation of OKR's using Trello. Have broadly followed Kevan Lee's blog as a guide. My OKR structure is fairly simple -
I set-up a board per business objective and each card on a board to represent a key result. Lists reflect the progress, so I can then move the cards from 'Planning' to 'Implementation' to 'Success'.
A few questions though (I hope someone has tackled this):
1) How can one link objectives (i.e. Trello boards)? In other words, can I view more than one board at a time? or have a nested report, where one can view/include business 'sub-objectives' which were developed in other (client/account specific) boards?
2) Alternatively, is there a way to 'screen' cards from various boards to show together? e.g. all those which are assigned a particular label?
3) Is there a way to copy labels from one board to the next? I noticed that the label descriptions don't carry across and I need to re-type them every time.
Thank you.
