Is there anyway to have due dates in a checklist automatically update if you change one of the due dates?

For example, in my checklist I have 5 steps or subtasks to go through for the project to be completed. If the project gets delayed is there a way for me to update the first due date and have the rest of the due dates be pushed back a the same amount? I am seeing you can do this if you make each step it's own card but I am looking to avoid creating 5 cards for each project.

Thanks!

@Erin Bonney Casey  The last time I need to use Butler Http Request with an endpoint to work with checklist item pos. Have not tried for due dates. If you can adjust the dates on cards, have you tried collect them back to see if it works.
