User see number of cards but can't see the cards themselves.

I'm the administrator of a small group and I have one user that can not see the cards attached to one list, instead she can only see a count of the cards next to the list title.  She can see the cards on the other lists on the same board, the problem affects just the one list.  I temporally added a new card and she could see the count increment and then go back to the original count when I deleted the card,  Hopefully someone has a way to correct this issue.
