A User at NZ Post in New Zealand uses Trello (Atlassian), with a login as NZ Post email address. Today he have discovered most of his boards are closed.
He used the free version for time management for years (close to 10 years probably) and a long time before Trello was acquired by Atlassan. Because it was for work management he'd registered with my NZ Post email address.
Please help, we need to re-open his boards and I cannot see how in Admin yet I can see he's an active user on our NZ Post account.
