I have a user, that clicks on the "Join Trello Board" link and gets redirected to an Atlassian page, that seem to have nothing to do with Trello and there are no way to get back to the Trello board or join it. We have tried both through the private email and the public link with the same results.
I am looking for a way for this user to join my Trello board. Any suggestions?
@Lars N can you do a screencast with useloom.com using their chrome extension to demonstrate the issue? If you link to it here someone might be able to help, but you're probably better off emailing that to support@trello.com
