User can not see Process in Trello

I am using the Process power-up. I have a card that has the power-up.  One of my users, when they go into the card, they can see everything except Process.  When they look at the enabled power-ups, they see Process is enabled, but still does not show up for the user while it does appear for all the other users.

This problem occurs if they are looking at Trello in Edge or the Windows app from the store.

This Power-Up is developed by a separate company called "processes.ai". I wish I could offer more help, but given the nature of third-party integrations, their support team would be the best team to review this request with you. I know that for some integrations, other users may need to be added to the third-party tool's instance to fully interact with the Power-Up's features in Trello.
