My colleague has been a long term Trello user.
Dual authentication was somehow implemented on their account without the ability to receive the code. No way is seen to reset/delete the dual authentication so user is locked out.
She has lost access to all of her boards. This is the only way I can see to contact Trello support.....please help ASAP.
Email verification is used as an additional layer of security to prevent account takeovers (it cannot be turned off). The verification code is sent to the primary email. If your colleague is not receiving the email via email, then she can check her spam folder https://support.atlassian.com/trello/docs/not-receiving-confirmation-emails-or-password-reset-emails/
