Use Trello Business Class without an active Credit Card

Hi,
Do I have to have an active credit card in order for the business class to be active ?
Can I remove the credit card after activating business class for my team ?

Trello is paid monthly. If you remove the card then there will be a billing error at the next billing cycle and business class would stop.

Do you know if I Would be able to retrieve the deleted boards after activating my business class again ?
