My name is Juhyun Lee, and I am a manager at Attorney Junrae Kim Law Office. I am reaching out on behalf of our managing attorney to request an urgent change to his registered email for his Trello account.
Current Situation:
The account is currently registered under EMAIL REMOVED, but this email has been deactivated by the service provider. We are currently pursuing legal action regarding this matter.
Our managing attorney can still access Trello on a previously logged-in device.
However, logging in on a new device is not possible because authentication codes are sent to the deactivated email.
Request:
We kindly request that the registered email for this account be updated from EMAIL REMOVED to EMAIL REMOVED, while keeping all other account details unchanged.
Given the urgency of this matter, we would appreciate your prompt assistance. Please let us know the necessary steps to complete this email change.
