Unable to upload images in cards

Trello just says "unable to upload file" and nothing more. This is happening with all the cards I checked. Any ideas?

@Vinicius Spira Are you on a free plan trying to upload a file large than 10MB?

I have the same problem trying to upload a 30KB image. This gets logged into the browser console:

[Error] Failed to load resource: The operation couldn’t be completed. Protocol error

…but no details. Current Safari on macOS Catalina.
