Unable to upgrade (tech glitch)

I'm trying to upgrade my plan so that I can assign members and dates etc to cards, but when I go to select plan, it just sends me back to the billing history screen and I can't progress.

 

This is stressing me out as I need to be able to use these features which I've been using for years (but now seem locked out of.)

Hello @Nick Brighton 

This sounds like a billing flow issue that we can't resolve from here unfortunately. Your best move is to contact Atlassian's billing support directly at support.atlassian.com  they can access your account and push through the upgrade manually.

Just a side note: assigning members and due dates to cards is actually available on the Free plan in Trello, so you may already have access to those features without needing to upgrade. Worth double-checking before paying.

Thank you. Yes, this is strange because I was on the free plan and heavily relying on those features, now for some reason it won't let me assign etc and is prompting me to upgrade. What's going on?

@Nick Brighton 

Two common reasons for that are:

- you are not actually a member of that board, even if you can still see it through the Workspace

- the Workspace is on Free and now has more than 10 collaborators so in that case Trello makes the boards view-only, so you can still see them but not change cards.

I'm a member and admin of the board, and there are only two collaborators. This makes no sense!
