Hello everyone !
I am testing the new Trello beta, and I may have a problem if it goes live as it is.
So maybe it's just me not finding the thing, but I want to be sure :
With the new layout, it seems impossible to get all boards I'm member of within the sidebar or even pin the menu at the bottom.
Is there actually still a way to see all boards I'm a member of in a simple way ? It was used to see the notifications bubble and so, being able to know if a board changed.
Right now, it is to be sure, my team is gonna miss out some changes if there are now in the last modified board.
Thank you !
This is the first thing I noticed when I saw the beta version.
We're so used to seeing all (in my case) or several boards on the left side, without needing to click extra to interact with them. I think the right thing to do is to give the user the option to choose between viewing them constantly or minimizing them. Personalization is always the best option 😀
I agree that both visions have their pros and cons.
What is making worried too, is that, it seems notifications icons don't even appear in this new menu...
I can see them in the home menu (which is hard to access now) but not within the pop up one. Uh oh...

Hi @Kevin Laculle and @ACE
Thanks for taking the time to give feedback. We have especially taken note about the missing notification of recent changes to boards in the new board switcher pop over window and will look to rectify that.
The boards that appear in the pop over window are the ones you are members like the list in the left hand panel. Have you discovered that the keyboard shortcut 'b' will open the board switcher?

Hello !
Glad to hear it might be something you're looking into !
Indeed, I did noticed the shortcut (it is written when hovering it), but it's mostly the fact we're not able to directly see if boards were updated, which might cause some missed changes.
Adding back notification icon on them will help for sure, but a way to make them, or at least some of them, always visible in the corner of the eye would help greatly.
Or maybe easier to implement, just adding the notification to the boards icon in the new bottom menu would also help notify something did moved within one of them.
Thanks for your time and answer !
