Could you describe the action on that you were expecting to trigger the notification?
To receive notifications of certain actions on a card, you must be watching the card (https://help.trello.com/article/799-watching-cards-lists-and-boards), list, or board where the card is, or you have to be a member of the card in question.
For due dates: You must set a reminder on the due date to receive notifications about the due date. Otherwise, you won't receive them!
You won't receive a notification for the actions you made, for example, moving a card won't trigger a notification for you, as you were the user who performed the operation.
Your settings are corrected!
