Unable to open Trello app

I have been using the free Trello app for years, for my sewing business.

Since setting up the app my email has changed, and I do not remember the password used to set it up Trello

My Trello account was called SewRobe. Can the years of customer names and details be retrieved?

Today I found the app would not open just direct me to Atlassian

Welcome to the Atlassian community.

When was the last time that you accessed Trello with that account? I ask because Atlassian has policies about inactive accounts (no activity for 90 days) and dormant accounts (no activity for 2 years).

Do you have more than one account that can be used to access and administer your Trello boards?

I'd recommend to contact Support, since the email address has changed, and the password isn’t remembered. Can you use this form to report the issue? https://support.atlassian.com/contact/#/
