Unable to move Trello cards/change status etc.

Hi team, one of the Admins on private board https://trello.com/invite/b/645a51106999d289dc96c2f3/ATTIff924da5774eff4fd20326f8bd654ba451C862A2/slm-tasks can no longer do actions such as move or change the status of cards. What can we do to fix the issue? Thank you.

Thank you for answering. No particular error, he does not have the option to change the status or leave a comment on any card. I can't seem to find a way to attach a screenshot here so you can see his view.
