Unable to log into account on iPad

I am a subscriber, however, I am unable to log into my Trello account on my iPad. I can't get past entering the code. I have received the codes and entered them exactly as they appear, as soon as the email comes in and it says "Provided verification code is invalid" and it's clearly the same. I have tried 3 times. This is so frustrating. Help!

Hi Beverly, I'm sorry to hear about this issue with logging into Trello on your iPad. I'm curious if you have been able to log in through a different device? 

If you still notice an issue, try going through the steps listed on https://support.atlassian.com/trello/docs/troubleshooting-browser-issues-with-trello/

 After that, if you still can't log into Trello, let me know and I'll open a ticket for you.
