Unable to log back in with my own account

the desktop trello app logged me out suddenly, I went to log back in but I typed in a wrong email address.

Now i'm stuck in a loop where the 'Log in' button forces me to create a new account with the wrong email address (I don't want to do that), and doesn't allow me to log in with my old account.

I loved Trello and used it for years for managing all kinds of things. It feels like in the last few months the app degraded and I find myself frustrated more and more. 

Now I'm also unable to use it alltogether.

Any advice on this? I'm logged in via web on my 'proper' account but that doesn't make a difference for the app

Faced the same issue. I just uninstalled the app and reinstalled it. Make sure you are not on a VPN network though.

If you uninstall the app and reinstall it then it should allow you to login with your correct account.
