Hi everyone, I'm using Trello on a Mac.
I was always able to directly drag and drop an e-mail onto a card to attach it.
For a while now, I've been unable to do this. No matter how often I drag it onto the card, it won't attach.
For a few months, dragging two e-mails at once onto the card worked. I used it as a work-around, even though it was annoying to always add a "support"-e-mail to make it work.
Since the new year, this doesn't work anymore. I can attach any other kind of file, just not an e-mail I dragged out of Outlook.
Yes, I can save the e-mail as a pdf-file and attach that, download all attachments and add those, but it's a lot slower than just attaching the e-mail.
Thank you all in advance for any help you can provide :)
Edit: typos
Edit2: found a new work-around. Drag e-mail onto desktop. Then drag that file onto the card. It attaches. Deleting e-mail files from my desktop is much better than saving as pdf and downloading attachments.
User mentioned a workaround; posting as answer for future reference:

Based on your workaround, I suspect it may actually be an issue with how the operating system or email client handles dragged emails; that may have changed. It's not necessarily that anything in Trello for Mac changed. Let me know if this workaround is still a bit too much and we can take a look or if you have any other questions.
Have a great day!
