Unable to add emails to Trello

Using the extension of Add to Trello, I am unable to add email to the Trello board. This is my primary email account in which Trello has been registered. I have tried cleaning up the browser cookies, removing the access from the Google account, and so on. However, nothing has been working so far. Can someone really help me?

Verify the integration you are utilizing:

"Add to Trello" is a Chrome/Edge addon.

The official Google Workspace Marketplace Trello add-on for Gmail.

Verify that you are logged into the same Trello account in both the browser and the add-on/extension (there shouldn't be another Atlassian or Trello account in a different tab).

Hi Pallavi,

Thanks a lot for looking into my challenge and trying to help me out. I have installed the add-on or the extension "Add to Trello" in my Chrome browser. 

I'm logged into two Gmail accounts within the same profile.

I am able to add cards or boards using one of the secondary emails.

However, using my primary account with home with where I'm registered on Trello to is not allowing me to add boards or view boards

let me know if I need to share a video explaining the challenge I've been facing it across.
