Unable to add attachments - PC

Ever since getting a new desktop Windows 11 computer I am no longer able to add attachments - on my desktop or my laptop which I was using previously.

Cannot drag and drop or use the Add Attachment option on the card

I would try clearing your cache, or trying a private/incognito browser.
