I have set up gmail by cardbox for one of my cards
when attempting to compose email I get the following error
error. please sign into you gmail to upgrade your permissions.
I have gone through to my security settings and approved of the third part app connection, yet it is still not working.
Please advise
Hi Arinze, I’m the developer of Cardbox. Thanks for asking! Can you check the Cardbox settings screen for any prompts to reconnect your Gmail account?
Just go to your board, open Cardbox (click “Gmail by Cardbox”) then Settings in the lower left.
If you don’t see any prompts to reconnect, and the problem persists, try clicking “+ New Inbox” and sign in to that account (even though it’s already connected).
