Unable to access Trello with 2FA

Since changing my phone I can no longer access my Trello boards with two factor authentication. I try to log in with my email and password but when I get to the 2FA it won’t accept any of the codes generated by the Microsoft Authenticator app. I don’t have access to backup codes.

Can anyone help?

If you are logged in on another device then you can generate a new recovery key https://support.atlassian.com/atlassian-account/docs/manage-two-step-verification-for-your-atlassian-account/

Thanks. But that doesn't really solve the issue of the Microsoft Authenticator app not generating codes that work. Will I then have to use the recovery key every time I need to log into Trello?
