I’ve had a Trello account for several years which I created using my work email address. I was logged out of Trello this week and when I try and log in again, I am taken to my company’s single sign on portal. When I enter my work credentials, I am taken to a new Trello account, which uses my work email address but a new Trello username.
I can search for my old Trello username and add myself to Boards in my new account, so the old Trello account still exists, I just cannot log into it due to the issue above.
Is there anyway I can get access my old Trello account? Ideally I would like to assign a new email address to it so I can continue to use it.
