Unable to Manipulate Board - Shows Trial Over

I have added a member to my Board and they are not able to to update or use it. There is a pop-up saying the free trial is over and everything is greyed out.. All other members I have added have full access. Please help!

Could you please let me know the board name and the username of the user who is experiencing issues with the board? This information will help me investigate further.

In the meantime, could you also ask the user to try accessing the board using a different browser to see if the issue persists?
