Two way synchronisation on multiple board power up

Hello Guys,

I am making trello dynamic sync functionality on multiple board using trello power-up. but i am stuck on one place main admin board synchronisation work perfect but i want to synchronisation while user create card from own board and sync to all members board. 

Please guide me.

I use custom power up and want to make two way synchronisation on multiple board of separate team or same team.
