Two paying accounts - can I merge to one?

I have two Premium accounts with Trello and I believe I'm being billed for both. One was from my old work and one is from my new work. I would like to combine them into one account and, of course, pay for one account.Toggling between them makes no sense and is getting confusing. How do I go about doing this? I've searched the Help section and can't quite find the answer to this question. Thanks!

I need help but can't work out my Atlassian id to get through.  

I have two accounts. One premium (which I am not using) the other one is not - could be the free version.  

The one I am using is linked to an old email address.  I want to move everything to the premium account. I am terrified to delete it and unintentionally delete all the boards I have on the free account. 

I can't get through to anyone to sort this out.

You can consolidate all the boards into one account and then cancel the subscription on the other account.

The other workspaces that come up aren't relevant. 

The two accounts are based on separate email addresses.  They don't see each other. 

I'm confused.
