How do I activate Two Factor Authentication Code from the mobile app please?
I access my boards daily on my phone with the app, but can no longer use Trello on my desktop.
Deleting cookies from browser history logged me out of Trello on my desktop. When I type in Trello to url all I get is trello.com with a blue flashing bar at the top and an empty screen.
I received an email from Trello inviting me to reconnect to my boards before 30th November or my boards will be deleted - clicking on the link in that email takes me to this Two Factor Authentication page - I don't ever recall setting up a Two Factor Authentication and I cannot find how to generate one from the app menu. Can anyone help please?

Hi @Sarah Jane Worley , welcome to the community.
I see you have the legacy 2FA enabled on your Trello account. I have triggered a process so you can disable it.
A first email is sent and will notify you that the recovery process has started, and a second email will be sent in 24 hours with the link to update your 2FA setting.
Please make sure to do not miss the second email (that expires in 12h) with the instructions to disable it.
